Very nice prerich! Ain't this hobby great? So, the "turntables" are for setting the coffee mug on? lol

I haven't seen a vinyl record in decades but some swear it's still the best.

Lol!!!! I've gotta a lil bit of vinyl in my collection this is a great hobby! I think Jerry can remember when I was afraid to even show my system - he encouraged me to do it and I haven't been intimidated since!

Specifically, I like the acoustics of the brick side walls. That can make for some really good sound.

    What's your next upgrade?

I like the dual use video system! wanted to do one for my main room as I cannot control light for daytime viewing but am just waiting for an 80"+ screen to be reasonable now, maybe I can get a 4K one......

Anyone running four subs can't be all bad. I want four subs. Where's the "green with envy" smiley?

    Keep posting.

I would like a nice DAC! I'm waiting to see what materializes on the PC front. Remember I used to have the Snell E-II speakers? Well I made acoustic adjustments and it sucked all the life out of them. I brought the Heresy speakers in and went with the Bob Crites upgrades, I also refinished them in Zebrawood. Greg from Volti Audio made the grills. The Klipsch just performed wonderfully in the room and they fit perfectly below the 106 inch 16:9 screen. My son has the Snells now.

The soundstage is big, deep, almost holographic - it reminded me of a Dynaudio system I demo'd a few years ago. I was satisfied - I don't think I will change speakers for a while (unless I come into a lot of money !)

I'll post some more pics later
