How to Embed Code?

I have a podcast player embed code that I'd like to put into a post so forum members can listen to a radio interview I did but I can't for the life of me figure out how to include the code so that the player shows up in my post instead of a bunch of text and code garbage. The embed code is

Currently, HTML is disabled as well as the CODE tags. It would have to be enabled by Jerry or Jim. It would be nice if it could be enabled for certain users.

html and bb code is on for admins, not sure why its not working at the moment, I will look in to it a bit later when I have finished all the AD placements.

Andrew have you got a working example of where the url was take from please

I think the url is wrong according to the two destinations I loaded the video to:
http://www.hometheaterequipment.com/testj.html
Would it be possible your website is caching the video, as I just uploaded the url to an html file on this site and another to check. ?

It says "Episode URL missing"

It works just fine on my site. I emptied the cache and reloaded and it still came up. Not sure what to say.
