    Very Weak week:
    "Bruce Springsteen on Broadway" (48/24)
Pat Metheny - Letter From Home (44/24) (there are 2 other PM titles that some store is selling this week; I don't know who yet)
Pretty Things Live In Paris 1974 (44/24)

I am so sick of this 44, 48 & MQA trend............

I suspect it will be pretty quiet until next year.

I like some of Metheny's work and have Letter from Home on CD. I'm not sure it's an upgrade for me.

I think his best is the self titled with the White cover. Only hi-res version I've seen is a Japan SACD.

As far as I can tell, no new titles at all at HDT.

The only thing new worth mentioning at all imo are 2 releases in Storyville's "2xDSD" series: 1 comp from Billie Holiday (2.8 DSD, + 96 & 192 Flac) & a comp of the same series from Johnny Hodges (ironically only in 48/24)

I know that part 3 of the hi-res Kate Bush boxes is out somewhere; it may be Europe. Neither HDT or PSM have it.

Very little for most folks. Three 2/18 shows from "Dead & Co" (Basically the Bob Weir Band covering the Grateful Dead in 48/24 & 1 Hot Tuna show in 44/24.

LOTS of Classical from mostly off brand labels.

There are more Rolling Stones Mono releases on Pro Studio Masters. I wonder why HDTracks doesn't have them.

Temporary exclusive? I haven't bought any of them or any mono release when a stereo version is available.

I rarely buy mono; only if it's a significant alternate version (parts of Jefferson Airplane Bathing At Baxters would be an example). I do know some collectors who prefer it; I prefer stereo as long as it's not the 50's - mid 60's fake stereo that were used for SOME recordings.

    Another real exciting week (Not):

Lennon Birthday concert in 44/24 (I'm not thrilled with most of the artists), a live Goo Goo Dools in 48/24, 1 "new" 2017 Dead & Co show in 48/24, The new Juliana Hatfield in 48/24 (you can get it much cheaper from Pledge & it isn't one of her best), & that appears to be about it. I'm really getting tired of very little with a sampling rate over 48. Don't ya love the "major labels"?

Check out the other stores thread, PSM has a couple titles I found of interest.
