That is a nice-looking deck. I always like the look of Yamaha's cassette decks.

I bought some used PSB400 speakers that are in fairly good shape. The grills were missing so I'm going to build by own grills and replace the broken grill guides on the speakers. These replace the PSB Alphas in my second system. I do not need a sub to play music with these speakers. The amount of bass coming out of these are mind boggling.

I want to clean up the bedroom system with a TV stand which includes a fireplace... you know make it romantic and such... I'm having a difficult time finding a product which can easily fit the AVR's girth, 17.125"w x 6.75"h x 17.25"d. and able to hold its 34 lb shelf weight.

    I located the following.

This will work if I leave the backs off on the side shelfs

    Leaving the backs off again...

There's just not much out there and I dont have the wood working tools to make one either. Where do you guys go to find audio furniture?

AV rack with built-in fire place?

    I didn't know that was a thing.

Leave it to my Better Half to find such a thing. I know its not good to locate a heat source near electronics but there is an option to turn on the faux (fake) flames without turning on the heater.

If she's looking for some extra heat, maybe you should tell her about Class A amplifiers. They make lots of heat and I'm sure there's a "Yule Log" Blu-ray out there for the visuals.

Funny.......I was just at my local Home Depot earlier today. While I was walking to the checkouts, I noticed a new display of heaters. To my surprise, there was a "TV Stand" with a "faux flame" fireplace built in.

    True story.
