    Will see other types of TV if they don't want to go the OLED road.

    What is a good soundbar? If they get an LG tv, do they need to get LG soundbar?

    No, I do not use a sound bar I use my surroundsound. But my friend Jack got a very good sound bar for less than $100 at Amazon. I just left a message for him I want to calls me back I'll let you know.

    Barry's right. That's what LG calls their OLED "film" that has the pixels, referring to how thin it is. I saw a video from CES and it showed the thickness, or is it thinness, of the display glass and it was really thin. It will allow them to make the displays thinner than LED models.

    Here's one that I just found.

    Of course it does because it's only available on their most expensive line.

    I really don't know for sure. I suspect it's just so the panel can be thinner, 'cause thin is in.

    Bumping this to the top as it's about time to upgrade my display. Budget is $2k-$2,500 but cheaper is better!

    What's the bang for the buck award winner???
