I love finding obscure bands. I was digging around Youtube about a Canadian band called "The Tenants" that released one very solid album with not one bad song on that album. I own a copy. In the youtube commnents, a poster wondered why the Tenants and a band called "The Spy's never made it big. I was able to play a couple of track from the Spy's and I really like their sound. I ordered of a Discogs and received a near mint 200g vinyl copy. Its so awesome.

I recently purchased the Twenty One Pilots album Trench. Twenty one Pilots is a two man group. Lead singer and Drummer. Modern rock with a great sound. Kids are really talented.

I recently found another one of my "Grail Albums". Original '78 pressing of The Rolling Stones - Some Girls. There are several versions of this album but this one is the more colorful original with all the faces on the inner sleeve.

For those who didn't know, the cover has cutouts where the inner sleeve shows through. The original, which there are two versions, had faces of Lucille Ball, Farrah Fawcett, Judy Garland, Raquel Welch, and Marilyn Monroe on the inner paper sleeve that showed through the die-cut openings in the album cover. There was a suit filed by these ladies, or their estates and the sleeves had to be redesigned with only faces of the band (in drag) showing through. The other faces were removed.

Good morning, I like most genres of music (except for Rap and Hip Hop) and have a good collection in most. Blues however is the genre I listen to the most. I picked this album up by a guy named Boo Boo Davis, album entitled "Tree Man" . I've never heard of him before so a little googling revealed that he was born in 1943 in Drew Mississippi. He's noted for being one of the few blues musicians left who gain expereince singing blues in the Mississippi Delta. What I find ironic is that the label publishing his albums, Black & Tan Records was formed in 1998 and is based out of the Netherlands. This label carries a quite a few Blues artists.
