The story actually has some heart, the kid playing Solo grew on me, and Donald Glover kills it as Lando (please give him his own movie!). I was pleasantly surprised by the love story aspect and The Mother of Dragons does a fantastic job and steals a lot of scenes (plus, she's smokin' hot). 3.5/4 stars.
I agree with Dave. Solo was a fun adventure flick. The movie gave good back story on Han, Chewie and Lando. Couple of surprises that leave door open for more.

I’m in the minority, but I loved both Rogue One and Last Jedi. I thought both were extremely well directed, written and filmed.

I liked Rogue One. The Last Jedi's second act ruined it for me....I liked certain aspects of the story, but not others.

I have to decide whether to see it in the theater or wait for the 4K DVD
